STEM Drives Progress: Practical Approaches on Integrating STEM to Address IEP Goals

This session highlights the importance of opportunity and access to STEM for young children with disabilities. It demonstrates the impact of STEM in addressing multiple areas of a child’s IEP such as academic, communication, social emotional, fine motor, and visual perceptual goals. Participants will learn practical approaches to integrate STEM in the classroom in order to address IEP goals and ways to collaborate with families to spark the school to home connection.
